Ginger Made Simple
Ginger is bold, versatile, and full of life. How you prepare it makes all the difference in your dishes. Here are a few favorite ways to work with fresh ginger in your kitchen:
- Peel: While not always required, peeling removes the skin for a cleaner, sharper flavor profile (preferred by GingerBae).

- Chop & Dice: Tiny pieces deliver a more evident burst of ginger in each bite.

- Grate: Perfect for seamlessly blending ginger into sauces, marinades, or sweet and baked goods.

Want all that bold ginger essence without the prep? Our Hot Ground Ginger Bouillon brings a rich, savory ginger kick to any dish with just a shake.
