At GingerBae Organic Ginger, we aim to provide you with the freshest ginger-based beverages and food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure quality and safety. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns on Perishable Items

Since our products are food and beverage items, we cannot accept returns once the package has been delivered, opened, or consumed. This is to maintain health and safety standards.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You receive a wrong item
  • Your order arrives damaged
  • The product is out of stock after you’ve made payment

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You provide an incorrect shipping address
  • The product is not stored properly after delivery
  • You fail to notify us within 48 hours about damaged or wrong items
