Zamara's Frequently Asked Questions 

How long do meals stay fresh?

We offer fresh preps and flash frozen preps. Fresh preps should be enjoyed within 3-4 days. Flash frozen meals can be kept frozen up to 30 days, and once thawed, enjoyed within 3 days. 

What does flash frozen mean? 

Meals are prepared fresh, then stored in our freezer within an optimal timeframe to preserve maximum freshness, flavor, and quality. 

Can I order meals fresh and/or frozen?

Yes. All meals can be ordered fresh or flash frozen. We recommend ordering meals fresh that you plan to enjoy within the same day or within 5 days, and ordering meals frozen that you plan to enjoy within 7-29 days. 

What kind of ingredients does Zamara's use? 

We use all fresh ingredients for every meal. We prioritize all-natural and organic ingredients. We marinate, chop, slice, dice, and cook all our food in one place, with one intention - real food for real people.
